Workplace mediation applies, among other things, to the interpretation of collective agreement provisions, in disciplinary matters, to negotiate termination terms, or during the settlement of an investigation or a psycological harassment complaint. Mediation in the workplace helps maintain balanced relationships among staff and maintains a profitable work climate.
